How long should it take to boil chicken drumsticks? I want to make it so that it is not bloody..should I puncture the 'sticks before boiling them or any great tips?

Take the skin off. It will save calories and your soup won't have as much fat in it. besides, boiled chicken skin isnt really appetizing anyways. Put the drumsticks in a pot and put enough water to cover with maybe about 1/2 inch over them. Bring them to the boil and then simmer gently for 20 minutes.
Do not puncture as when they rest all the juices will run out and they will be dry.
