i would try using regular antibacterial soap. don't overwash though, because you'll wash off too many natural oils, and then your skin will try to overcompensate and start producing too much oil. I'm not sure what items from home would help or be safe for your skin. I've heard toothpaste left on your face to dry overnight sometimes help. be sure not to touch your face so much without washing your hands first, because the dirt and oils on your fingertips and under your nails will transfer to your skin and make the problem worst-not to mention the bacteria that's under your nails... good luck! note--sugar and baby oil might make a good scrub for your body if you don't have body acne, but it would NOT make a good scrub for your face--especially if you already have acne. plus if the sugar doesn't dissolve fast enough, it can leave tiny scratches in your skin surface and they can get infected--imagine with baby oil? the scratches would fill with baby oil and voila! a new pimple! save your face, and save this particular scrub for your body.How to clear this skin up? Make a simple masque from baking soda and water to remove toxins and cleanse your pores. OR

Toothpaste dries up the skin and gets rid of oily pimples. Also Hot compresses makes zits smaller. um if you have sugar and baby oil that can be used as an exfoliater/scrub.
