What can i do to get my hair really healthy and healthy looking? and whats some home made things i can do to my face for clear skin and stuff? best answer gets 10 points!Healthy hair and clear skin?BEST ANSWER GETS 10 POINTS?
For your hair, shampoo and condition regularly (try Head and Shoulders!)

For your face, I know it sounds wierd, but try toothpaste on blemishes. It dries the pimple out. Also sounds wierd, but put just a bit of honey on a blemish, but a bandaid on it, and sleep on it. You will be very surprised in the morning how the swelling and redness has gone down! It never fails to work for me :)

2 factors to maintain healthy and shining hair

1. Internal factor: your body needs the proper vitamins.

Nutritional deficiencies or health problem could lead to unhealthy hair, i.e. stop growing or show damage or become brittle.

It is also important to include vitamin B complex, such as B-6, biotin, inositol and folic acid in the supplemental program. It has been found that certain minerals including magnesium, sulfur, silica and zinc are also very important toward maintaining healthy hair.

Beta-carotene %26amp; omega 3 fish oil are also important to healthy hair growth.

I would recommend the Isotonix lines for supplements because it has the best absorption rate 90% and above in the market v.s. 10 to 40% absorption rate for tablet or pill forms.

Free radicals could also damage your hair so be sure to include antioxidants (OPC-3) to your daily diet!

Suggested daily regimen: Multi-vitmins, Omega 3 Fish Oil, OPC-3

2. External factor: reduce hair dye, chemicals found from hair dye can lead to damage to hair or even lead to certain type of cancer

Use a decent shampoo and conditioner, use those that suitable for your hair type.

I would recommend the Royal Spa line that contains all natural ingredients and vitamins to nourish your hair

Clear skin also affected by 2 factors:

1, External factor: proper skincare is to cleanse, to tone %26amp; to moisturize

Be sure to use good skincare product that doesn't contain any harsh ingredients yet effectively for cleansing purpose.

Make sure its pH level suitable for skin (slight acidic) so it works the best for our skin

I would recommend a line called Skintelligence, you can located it from this site http://lcbeauty.unfranchise.com by typing Skintelligence on the search bar.

The reason I recommend this line is because:

•Completely water soluble, won't clog pores

•very gentle and hypo-allergenic, which will not cause breakout yet effective enough to give your face a good cleanse

•Contain antioxidants and herbs to protect skin from free radicals. Free radicals are skin killers, lead to wrinkle, fine lines, age spot, etc. So be sure to give yourself enough protection

•Contain ingredients that carry 5 times its weight in water so it can “super-hydrate” skin cells.

•Big size, very economical to use and affordable

•Work with skin’s pH level so our skin can utilize its ingredients much better and absorb much better

•Good for all skin type including sensitive skin

Once proper skincare regimen is met, you can start adding anti-aging skincare to your regimen.

2. Internal factor, just like hair, proper vitamins and nutrients are needed for healthy skin. Those that apply for hair is same for skin. But for skin, be sure to emphasize on antioxidants due to free radicals (i.e. UV Rays, pollution, etc.) are skin's No. 1 killer! Make sure you use sunscreen + antioxidants for maximum protection. We can never stop the aging process but we can slow down the clock if we have proper protection!

I recommend this sunscreen with SPF 55. It protects both UVA %26amp; UVB and it doesn't feel grease at all on your face, which most of the sunscreen I found on the market fail to do.

NOXZEMA FOR YOUR SKIN AND

SUNSILK FOR YOUR HERR
Take vitamins, take MSM, and eat veggies and fruits, not junky fast food.
I have soft shiny hair and all I do is wash it with bar shampoo. I don't use conditioner and half the time I don't blow it dry and use product. That said, I think I'm just lucky, the only thing I know about hair is growth patterns and body hair.

I do know skin though. Adopt a simple routine. Cleanse, tone and moisturize twice a day. Treat your skin well, don't abuse it by switching products constantly or trying new things all the time. Masks are a treat and exfoliation can be achieved by using a washcloth with cleanser on it.

If you have acne and want to help clear up you skin, change your pillowcase at least everyother day, clean your cell and home phones every evening (Lysol wipes are good for this), don't touch your face unnecessarily, if your hair is in your face (bangs/fringe) wash it daily.

Most importantly, never pick. Picking leads to infections and scars.
