Ick Clear.....Help!! 10 points.?

So I took out my decorations and added the Ick Clear to my tank. Some of the fish have ick and they have white spots on them.





I got this stuff called Ick Clear and took a bowl full of tank water and allowed them to dissolve in it.





My fish might have tried to eat the tabs if I put it in the tank.





Also, I added the heater and raised the temp to 84.





Anyways it turns the water a blue aqua color. How long til this goes away?





Any advice and help would be great.Ick Clear.....Help!! 10 points.?
I just got finished treating my tank two weeks ago! Ok so the blue will go away in about 6-8 days. My fish were COVERED in ick so I had too treat them twice. (Just read the bottle) Taking out the carbon will make it a little foggy but as soon as the treatment is over and the ick is gone you can put it back in and it will be crystal clear in two days tops.Ick Clear.....Help!! 10 points.?
Clean out your fish tank and change the water on a regular basis and get a cleaner fish
it depends on your filtration system but probably a couple of days.
well ive had fish for 20 or so yrs and i do this. i use a liquid formula ,which can be bought all over. I think its 2 drops for each gallon for 3 days, then you must change 25% of your water. ALL ICK MEDS TURN WATER BLUE/GREEN. YOU CANNOT ADD THIS TO TANKS WITH BABY FISH OR SCALELESS FISH,THEY WILL DIE, KEEP WATER AT 78 DEGREES IF U CAN, yOU MIGHT HAVE TO REPEAT THIS FOR 3 WEEKS OR UNTIL WHITE SPECKS START GOING AWAY.DON'T FORGET STRESS, NEW FISH ARE SOME THINGS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO ICK gIVE ICK MED PER INSTRUCT INS BUT I BELIEVE YOU CANNOT TREAT TANK MORE THAN 2X A MONTH. p.s. ALWAYS REMOVE CARBON FILTER FOR IT KILLS THE MEDS. SOME WILL DIE BUT IF YOU CATCH IT EARLY AND STAY ON TOP OF IT YOU SHOULD MAKE OUT OK.
