k so you want to deauthorize all the computers you've authorized to play music from the account you bought them from so you go to the store tab and click deauthorize all computers. then all u do is reauthorize the ones you want to play music on.
There should be a reset button. Search for the reset button and click it!
im pretty sure you just hit the restore button on itunes when your ipod is plugged in
