Whats going on with this guy???


met this guy when out we both fancied each other..have known him now for approx a year...seen him out and about anyway we met up when out. went to a party together he asked me for my number i took his in the end and then we texted a phoned occassionally. He did once ask me out nothing came of it though...then we kept on seeing each other and texting...should i ask him out hes back tomorrow should i just ask him out to a bar??? What do you think guys..he did come out of a 10 yr relationship last year? Can you make sense of why things have not progressed10 POINTS for clear honest answer?

He is not ready
A 10 year relationship!!! Yeah, thats why! He may seem insecure, worthless and lost. What he needs now is not a girlfriend, but a true friend who he can rely and depend on. So you gotta make your mind up and decide which role do you wanna play!
I think he needs more time to clear his feelings.If you have strong feelings about him keep in touch with him till you can feel that he has cleared his feelings and is ready for another relation other wise just leave him and look for some one else.
Well, the only thing I can think of is that he has his eyes on another girl or just doesn't like you. You need to make him feel loved. You should invite him to the movies (I know it's a bit cheesy considering you are probably 22). Invite him over for lunch or dinner. Give him a hug and a kiss everytime you see him, don't be afraid to start a conversation. He is probably just shy. Most guys are. Instead of texting him, why not talk to him in person?
