Point to clear up.?

I just got really annoyed because yesterday I posted a comment asking what people thought about my feeling that kidnapped/murdered/missing, PRETTY WHITE WOMEN get more media attention than other ethnicities. NO i'm not screaming racism. NO i'm not saying we shouldn't pay mind to these victims just because they are white. I am simply saying that White women get more coverage than any other race and that is not fair because there are plently of ethnic women who are missing now and no one knows or cares about it. They do not recieve the national attention that pretty white women do. This white lady wants to talk about how she's sick and tired of ppl saying white poeple are racist and blah blah...um, not the case at all. I just wanted to know what people thought about it, and how we could resolve it. %26amp; No, I'm not whining about this, I';m simply asking people's opinion..which I think YAHOO ANSWERS is all about anyways.Point to clear up.?

Also a girl with money and background will be more of a concern than a prostitute. If both are killed, the world will feel sorrier for the girl with the money. Her school picture is the one that makes the news. PRostitute death rarely makes a splash unless there are lots of them dying at once.

Lacy Peterson wasn't white and the story of her death went on for a long time but I see your point. Not everyone who is missing or murdered gets the coverage they should by the media etc.
I agree with your original point. I think missing, pretty, white girls get more media attention than other missing people. So does fark.com.
