Run ';System Restore'; and create a restore point manually(manually created restore points are more reliable).
Run ';Disk Cleanup'; (If it is not on your start menu: open up my computer, right click on your hard drive, select properties, and it should be on your lower right corner right under the pie chart.) Click on the ';More Options'; tab, the last item on that screen is ';System Restore';, Click on the ';Clean up...'; Button in that box. That will clean all but the most recent restore point(that you just created.)
If your interested in that kind of hard cleaning of your hard drive, You should run the other part of disk cleanup,
Download and use Ccleaner ---%26gt; http://www.filehippo.com/download_cclean鈥?/a>
Then Defragment your hard drive. This will free up lots of space keep your computer running top notch. How can I leave one restore point and clear the rest on system restore?
%26gt;right click at one that drive you want to clear it's restor
%26gt;select properties
%26gt;select disk clean up from general tab
%26gt;in secund tab select more option
%26gt;third part there is about cleaning restorepoint
good luck
You can customize the amount of space taken by System Restore in each drive by the following :-
1 - Right-Click on My Computer and select Properties
2 - Go to System Restore tab
3 - Choose a drive and click Settings
4 - Move the slider to determine the disk space usage by System Restore on this drive
OR check ';Turn off System Restore on this drive'; in the upper half of the window
