It fogs up and doesn't help your vision.
I can understand why people wear tinted visors because it blocks sunlight but what's the point of wearing a clear visor besides looking cool? What's the point of wearing a clear visor?
Ever have a lineman stick a finger in your eye? That's why. What's the point of wearing a clear visor?
Eye protection, that was the whole reason visors were legalized, the tint was just a plus for some. But they dont fog if you get a good one, if they did players wouldnt wear them, I had one for a while while i played center my freshman year, it diddnt fog or anything, only problem was that in rainy games mud became an issue, but thats any visor tinted or not

If it's raining or snowing, it will keep it out of your eyes. It might be clear, but it will stop a little of the sun's glare.
Clear visors protect you from the sun a little bit, and because you get poked in the eye.
LMAO! I never heared of that before. I like to meet the genius who inventing that !
