Driving points and how to clear it?

I have a license from Oklahoma. I was cited in Kansas for failure to yield. I am confused as to how to check my driving record and how many point I have on my record. Will I get points on my license by Kansas or Oklahoma? I have now move to Arkansas, which defensive driving should I take, AR, OK or KS?Driving points and how to clear it?
If your current license is issued by Oklahoma you would request an audit of your driving record from Oklahoma, but if you are now a residing in Arkansas you have 30 days to exchange your Oklahoma license for one from Arkansas.





To dismiss your ticket by attending a driving course you would need to take one acceptable by the county of Kansas that the ticket was issued in. That is where the violation occurred. Comment Update: The only way an insurer will recognize an out of state ticket is if the state is in a state that shares information with the resident state. If they are, then the state where the offense occurs will notify the license state. If not, then your license state will not have this on the record. Basically, if it doesn't show up on your resident driving record the insurance company will not know about it.
check the state that the license was issued in/ok/if there is no record there it didnt happen/if you are done moving change license to new state
