Sea salt water cleanses your pores tremendously, which is why most surfers have very few breakouts, if any. If you go to the beach and take a dip, most of your acne would be gone by the third day or so, maybe even sooner.
However, for a more at home treatment, you could boil some water and put a towel over your head and the pot to keep the steam in and it will make your pores sweat out of the pollutants. If you DRINK water, i'd say 4 glass's but it honestly wont do much because it acne has to do with oil glands and bacteria. Not so much water lol.
